The Playquip Everyone Active Package is a fun and engaging outdoor fitness solution designed specifically to encourage Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils to participate in regular physical activity through accessible and enjoyable cardiovascular exercise.
Focused on promoting healthy lifestyles and positive attitudes towards fitness, this package combines a variety of exciting outdoor gym equipment that allows students to exercise comfortably at their own pace without pressure or competition.
The Everyone Active Package encourages pupils to widen their fitness experience, develop confidence and gain a better understanding of physical health and wellbeing through social and inclusive outdoor exercise.
The package consists of four versatile pieces of equipment that together provide stretching, strengthening and cardiovascular exercise opportunities for up to seven users simultaneously:
